     As recently as 2024, currently serving museum board members admitted on audio tape to continuing and decades long “losses”, malfeasance, gross fiduciary negligence, lack of inventory and accounting, and thefts of large portions of the priceless museum and archive collections.

     Powerful fiduciaries including judges, attorneys, law enforcement, The Office of The U.S. Attorney, elected officials, and officers of publicly traded companies have engaged variously in criminality, conspiracy, false imprisonment, lies, perjury, and coverup in order to avoid public exposure.

     Additional evidence is available to legal, media, and museum resources.

Re: Damning proof ——— including many hours of legally made audio tape recordings. These variously prove felonies, cover-up, misconduct, gross fiduciary negligence, false imprisonment, and criminality variously perpetrated by federal judges, congressmen, U.S. Attorneys, two State Supreme Court Judges, corporate officers, bankers, and other elected and appointed federal, state {NY}, and county officials. 

     This has been ultimately perpetrated over many years to protect themselves, family members, and associates from public exposure connected to a fabulously wealthy institution —- looted with their demonstrable knowledge for decades.

Equally damning materials from 2019 through 2023 are in our hands and available to media and legal resources.

Past events prove we are compelled to consider our freedom and safety. 

          Why would dozens of powerful fiduciaries —– variously cover up and conspire to engage in false imprisonment, threaten the freedom of a developmentally disabled man, intimidate and menace the position and pension of a long-serving library director, suborn the perjury of FBI Special Agents, and place untold millions of dollars of irreplaceable treasure at risk?  Because they, their family members, associates, and friends can be easily proven to be involved over decades and to the present day in an astonishing conspiracy. 

If just one of them is obviously and publicly exposed with irrefutable evidence and brought to account, there is no possibility of the others avoiding the same fate.  They know they have no choice but to expand the coverup and “double down”. 

To the uninitiated, this does not sound very “sexy” in the parlance of conspiracies and criminality. However Buffalo, New York was one of the ten wealthiest cities in America from the 1820’s -1920’s, the heyday of the American westward expansion, The Erie Canal, the birth of American railways, and heavy industry. 

The Buffalo History Museum, formerly The Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society is a treasure house of an art, archive, and history museum —– paintings, jewels, silver, rare books, native American artifacts, antique maps,

photographs, archeological specimens, unique manuscripts and historic documents, etc.—– or should be. Over 3, 000, 000 items should be in the collection, but “hundreds of thousands” of objects and documents are “missing”.

Please listen to legally made audio tape recordings of Mr. Phil Kadet.  He was not an ordinary museum board member.  For over thirty years he was the Museum Auditor, and then immediately thereafter a BHM Board Member from 2009 – 2017.      

Therefore he was in a unique position to know of the “hundreds of thousands” (by his own admission) of “lost”, stolen, and “missing” treasures from a singular assemblage, that SHOULD be in the collection, BUT ARE NOT. 

          Even if you don’t care about the loss of irreplaceable heritage, EVERYONE SHOULD CARE about abuse of power, criminality, coverup, gross fiduciary negligence, collusion, and malfeasance perpetrated variously by federal and state judges, U. S. Attorneys, FBI Special Agents, congressmen, various law enforcement agencies, lawyers, elected officials, bankers, officers of publicly traded companies, and powerful fiduciaries of myriad kinds.

We hold audio tapes/documents proving numerous U. S. Attorneys, federal/state judges, elected officials, lawyers, are variously guilty of illegality, conspiracy, extra judicial incarceration, willful fiduciary abuse, etc. 

Was this done to supposedly protect America from terrorists —– “the end justifying the means”?  No, they deliberately destroyed peoples’ lives, and substantially threatened others, including some of the most vulnerable amongst us, simply to protect their public “reputations” and those of their friends.
